New to Investing - Warner Robins, GA Area

Hey everyone, I'm new to investing in real estate and have been studying and lurking the forms for many months. I'm ready to allocate money to assets and start building my wealth. I am a mechanical engineer, and have been working in the industry for almost 7 years. I have grown up in the Warner Robins, Georgia area most of my life, but I have recently moved to Destin, Florida area for work. I will be continuing to look for rental properties in Warner Robins. I have already gained value through BP by reaching out to a member who has helped me get started a few months ago, and I am seeking to learning strategies from more experienced investors, and overall networking for further growth!
