What is a good app to find history on a piece of property ?

We are very excited to start a new venture. From reading a lot that has been posted this is a great source of information and I would love to be able to tap into resources that people have had good luck with. We live in Florida and the real estate is very hot right now. There is not very much on MLS that is not pending.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated and valued.
