Just getting started in Atlanta area

Hello. My husband and I are trying to get into real estate and are interested in flipping houses and owning short term rental properties. We have come to realize that we need to expand our network and get to know others that share the same goals as we do. Does anyone know of any local meetups in the Atlanta/North Atlanta area?
