Detroit Michigan I need a good contractor and property manager team

I am interested in purchasing real estate in the Detroit Michigan area. Can anyone recommend a good Contractor that will go out and inspect the property and provide me with a detail list of repairs needed? I need someone that will not take more than 30 days to rehab a unit. I am also looking for a reputable property management company that will manage my properties well.
