Hi everyone! I have been trying to run my own estimates on what houses cost around the area where I am trying to invest. However, Zillow in texas has discrete prices and it won’t show me what the houses were sold as. I am also using redfin, any other cool websites I could use? 😃

@Cristina Enriquez

Texas is a NON-DISCLOSURE state meaning the Sold prices are NOT recorded in any public documents (deeds, etc) that Zillow, redfin and all the other "cool" websites you access.

You'll need assistance of an local Houston Agent to get those figures from the HAR MLS.
