@Jim Cummings I completely agree! What do you feel is the best way to send them business? Should the relator and I meet and exchange business cards? promote them on my social media accounts? From your experience, what can I do to ensure I make the realtor feel like I am worth building a relationship with?

Hi everyone! I have been trying to run my own estimates on what houses cost around the area where I am trying to invest. However, Zillow in texas has discrete prices and it won’t show me what the houses were sold as. I am also using redfin, any other cool websites I could use? 😃

Hi everyone! How did you compare prices and see if the property is a good price for the area it is in? One way I know is by downloading Zillow and driving around the local area. The app will show the pricing of the listing. Is there another way to go about it besides driving? Are the prices on Zillow accurate? Thank you in advance for your time and advice 😃
