Beginning Real Estate School in Utah

Hello BiggerPockets peep! I am completely new to the real estate world.. in fact, I haven’t even stepped into it yet! I am planning on attending real estate school next month with plans to start selling real estate and eventually get into the real estate investment side of things.

I am coming here to ask for any tips I could get that will kickstart my schooling/performance in the field. I have always been attracted to real estate and am hungry to get started. Anything helps!

Hi @Cameron Hekking, welcome to the BiggerPockets forums!

Arti will be your best friend.  Most of their content is free and I learned about them specifically when they took the Utah License Course online for free.  Check them out here

I'd recommend getting your course material done and ready anything you can about being a great agent.  Kick any idea of what you'll earn to side and focus on excellence.  Excellent agents earn well.  Period.
