Eviction/ cash for keys
Does anyone know if you purchase a property through the sheriff sale in Cuyahoga County OH and you have received sale confirmation and the writ of possession, would the person that purchased it technically be the owner of the property prior to the deed recording? Also if the property is currently occupied would you be able to file for an eviction or offer cash for keys prior to the deed recording? Have received some mixed answers on this one.
