Willing to Volunteer Long Beach, CA

To All,

I am a newbie who is in the process of closing on my first buy and hold. Although I am new, I am very passionate about real estate and excited and eager to learn more. I work a 9-5 as a city worker and am looking to volunteer my spare time in order to learn more about RE.

I am looking for good honest people who I can help, and in return help me grow. Anything real estate is what I willing to help with. Here is what I have to offer:

- have time
- good at following directions
- willing to help with grunt work
- excellent credit

How can I help you help me?

Thanks,

Sean
