How To Get Started With BRRRR Investing in Vegas

Hello everyone! My name is Brien and I'm a 25 year old Registered Nurse investing in Las Vegas. I'd like to know if there's anyone who can help me get started with BRRRR investing here in the valley. I currently have one house hack I bought in December of last year where I'm living in for free. I'm very action oriented and I'd love to network with anyone who is willing to give some knowledge on how they became successful with real estate.

Questions:

How to find BRRRR deals in Vegas? Wholesale? Cold calling? Direct mail?

Is it better to first start out by flipping houses, acquire capital, then start BRRRR investing?

Lastly, is the BRRRR strategy viable here in Vegas?
