New Investor in Winter Park/Granby, Colorado - Looking to Learn

Hey everyone! I'm new to real estate investing (I have read several books) but very interested and excited to get my feet wet. I just graduated college (22 years old) and I'm extremely interested in most type of real-estate investing. If anyone is in the area, I'd love to grab a beer and learn a bit about the local market (in winter park or Denver) and/or see if I can help you! Currently, I'm living in Winter park, Colorado where I'm a ski Instructor, for the season, this summer I'll be moving to Denver to start my full time job consulting.
