Napa County Investors

Do we have any Napa investors on here? I am thinking of doing some driving for deals but am wondering who I will have available to market to? I am not positioned to actually buy in Napa but would definitely wholesale the homes I find to investors to help me build up my capital to eventually start my own investing portfolio. Anyone interested in networking?

Do make sure that your plan of action is legal here in California.  Your research should start with the California Business & Professions Code section Section 10130 which provides in part: "It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of, act in the capacity of, advertise as, or assume to act as a real estate broker or a real estate salesperson within this state without first obtaining a real estate license from the department..."
