Hey @Matthew Kissinger, welcome to the area! I'm pretty sure most of the area REI meetups went online with COVID. If you're on Facebook, you can check out the TVREI (Tennessee Valley Real Estate Investing Group) or MCREI? (Madison County Real Estate Investing Group if I remember correctly) as they're a little more active about posting meetups and information there.
