Charitable units how do we handle this?
So my fiancé's mother is owns a three family home. In her will her mother is giving her one of the apartments. Her mother is giving the other two to charity to help homeless people. What rights over the property would my fiancé have once the other two have been gifted? Would she need to inform the charitable organization anytime she wishes to do any thing to her apartment?
