I am a 25 year old new to the business and want to learn on how to become a great flipper my interest right now is to learn how to flip and sell and later on I want to buy and rent if anyone with knowledge wants to share it with me guide me on the right direction I would really appreciate it I’m looking on using my homes equity to buying my first fixer upper next year . But I would like to learn as much as I can to become as great as Ben mellah or grand cardon that’s the plan and that’s what I’m shooting for !
