I am located in Long Island, NY and am just getting started in real estate investing. Just like many real estate investors I am looking to start my journey with House Hacking; after doing much research it just simply made the most sense to me. I am starting this forum on Bigger Pockets for the purpose of networking with hopes to meet other investors whether it be another novice investor or a veteran investor with years of experience so we can help and learn from one another. I am looking forward to seeing where this post leads us!

Hey Seabelle! Great to hear, you’re not too far out. I’m in Long Beach and am currently shopping around Nassau County for a duplex for house hacking. I have a few deals I’ve analyzed that should prove profitable both short term and long term and I am always open to new leads for sure.
