(Selling) Real estate in Valencia, Spain

Hello BP family!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

A colleague of mine is based in Valencia, Spain, with his family.  They want to relocate back to the US but want to sell their family home in Valencia first.

I am unfamiliar with the market in Valencia, but want to see what I can do to help as it's the only thing tieing them to Spain now.

Does anyone have experience with:

• Long term rentals
• Wholesale
• International investment in Valencia
