Hello my names Ethan and I’m from Dallas Texas. I’m looking for an investor friendly title company that can process my upcoming wholesale transactions. If anyone knows of a good title company in the Dallas, Fort Worth area please send me their information!

Any help is greatly appreciated, have a great day!

@Ethan Garrett Please keep me in mind as you find properties. I am always buying. As for title companies. Most will work with you but you need to build the relationship. Title companies get burned by wholesalers regularly. They often do lots of work and then it never closes. And lots of legal risks.
