Hi everyone,

My fiancé and I are looking to purchase a fixer upper SFH or duplex to fix flip rent or resale and refinance next year wanted to some people that are slowly investing on real estate in the side we are relatively new have a college rental in South Carolina but one to get one a year. Would love to connect with people using the same strategy we love our careers only looking to do it on the side to set our kids and our family with a portfolio of properties and retire younger then normal. Would love to hear about some of your strategies in Dallas and the realtors and lenders you use and what you would do different and high rental market in Dallas!
