Hello BP-

I am a relatively new investor, with limited experience. I have done a few deals, but wish to migrate into the commercial world, and eventually start and manage syndications. If anyone in my local area is currently working deals of this nature, and can find a free minute, I'd love speak with you. I am in Rhode Island.
