Shadowing real estate investor to get experience

Hello,

I am just getting into real estate. I do not have a much capital, but I won’t let that stop me from getting my feet wet with real estate. I am interested in shadowing an investor to see the process of finding leads and closing a deal. If anyone is looking at properties and are willing to have tag along and ask questions I would very much appreciate it.
