What has been your experience with Realty Drs in Florida?

Hey everyone,

I’m interested in hearing from anyone who has worked with Realty Doctors out of Florida. I’m looking to build a portfolio in hybrid markets with long term goals. Their numbers don’t look to bad and of course I’ll do my one due diligence and underwriting.

I guess my main concern is the ethics and integrity of the team, not so much the market and the numbers. Anyway, thanks for the input and happy investing.
