OKC Lenders - Refinancing

Hi everyone! I'm looking to connect with more local lenders in the OKC area, specifically regarding refinancing.

I'm looking for a lender that will do a cash-out refi with no seasoning period for a property held in an LLC. I just put a duplex under contract and I plan to do a BRRRR. I realize I can get better terms if I do it in my personal name, but I want to keep it in my LLC if at all possible. Any insight would be appreciated!
