Hello! I have been listening to the BP Podcast and recently the Rookies Podcast as well as a bunch of RE audiobooks. I am finally getting serious about getting started investing. I am hoping to find someone in Molalla or near the Molalla area to connect with. I am currently interested in BRRRR, flipping ( mainly to generate initial capital) and potentially wholesaling, but I'd love to hear about other strategies as well. I hate coffee, but if anyone nearby is willing to meet up for a couple beers I'd love to hear from you!
