Seeking landlord liability insurance in Florida

Hi all, I own a nice duplex in St Petersburg, Florida. I have nice tenants too, but I still think having adequate liability insurance is wise. I thought I WAS covered, until I read the exclusions in my personal umbrella policy - my policy turns out to be pretty much a waste of money for a landlord. So I'm looking for an experienced Florida insurance broker who specializes in writing policies that would actually be of use to my business. Any leads would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
