Rental properties around greater Boston area
Hey all,
I am a first time home buyer and planning to get into investing in real estate through hold and rent strategy. I am looking into properties in the greater Boston area and trying to find good deals for rental properties. Anyone have tips / knowledge that I can use to get started? Where in the greater Boston area should I look into? As a first time home buyer, I don’t want to risk putting in too much money (more than $250,000) to start my first rental property. I am ideally looking for a decent cash flow ($200+) and with long term hold strategy. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
