Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana partnerships?

Hello,

Very new here but obsessed with learning the process of real estate investing. Looking for an experienced partner within the greater Chicagoland area, but also I’m willing to move and invest in other markets. Currently in the process of continuing to save and absorbing as much information as possible. I’m a union electrician with connections to tradespeople within the Chicagoland area.

@Mark Anthony welcome to the forums! Chicago is such a great market to invest in, and you will be well positioned as someone in the trades. Many of the properties here need major electrical work, so you have a great edge there.
