Need mentor - want to start investing

My husband and I are new to the real estate world.

We have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts and studying the topic on our own as well.

I am CA licensed attorney and studying to be a real estate broker. My husband is a Sargent in the US Army.

We currently live in Lawton, OK and would like a mentor to guide us through our first fix/flip or wholesale real estate in Lawton, OK or Dallas, TX. We’re looking for an opportunity to learn through the process and share profits.

Any guidance, mentoring and help is greatly appreciated.
