In search of real estate CPA

Does anyone have advice on how to find a good real estate CPA? I'm in the Vancouver Wa if you know someone personally in the area. I formed a LLC with my partner last year and we have a few houses now. This year was a mess when it came time to file, IRS late fees ect. So we need a new CPA. Thanks! Jason
