Out of state investing in KC while living in KC

I know, the title might seem confusing, but my situation is a bit odd perhaps. When working my full time job I’m normally gone anywhere from 3-5 weeks at a time and home for a mere couple of days. So I’d like to spend time with friends and family when home since I don’t get to see them often.

I’d really like to begin investing in the KC metro area, but I’d like to grow my team a bit before moving too much further forward. Is there any recommendations for investor friendly general contractors that wouldn’t mind updating me on a weekly basis during the rehab? Also, I’ll be needing the same info but for a reputable property manager and agent. Also, any wholesalers, toss there info my way! Pretty much anything and everything that you all would suggest. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank ya!
