Plano Texas Home Buyer Questions
Looking at buying a house in the Plano Texas area. Realtor is encouraging us to purchase a house 2000 or newer. Realtor is saying that homes built before 2000 will cost us up to $300 more in electricity bills. Is there truth to this?
If I am looking at a house Pre-2000 what should I consider regarding the electricity bills question above and any other recommendations?
Can you recommend foundation considerations? What are the pros/cons of post-tension foundations?
Thank you
