Las Vegas Real Estate Investing Beginner Help

Hello everyone. My name is Deryk and I have lived in Vegas for a long time and have obtained some of the coolest jobs available here. However, I have not worked for over a year because a small accident and now the pandemic and have always had interest in real estate investing. At the moment, my credit is good enough for loans but my income record (aside from unemployment) is not good. I want to attend a course or begin networking to meet investors and other people of similar interest to hopefully pursue opportunities. Any suggestions for being able to accomplish this in this town?
