Utah Investor Networking

Utah is an expensive market right now, especially in Utah County. I am just getting started here on BP and want to make my first home purchase an investment opportunity. I’ll be leaving Utah here in a year for active duty military service and would love to have a rental in place prior to moving away.

I know it’s a super high entrance point right now, but I’ve heard over and over that there are always opportunities out there even in expensive markets. So, I want to network as much as possible with people here in Utah County or the surrounding area. Knowledge (and networking) is power!
