interested in getting started with long distance real estate investing in Louisville.
1) What part of town can I get the cash flow for rental properties? Considering, I would like to hire a property manager

2) Don’t want to get into rougher areas.Aiming for white collar, students

3) single family homes vs Condos, which are good to start as a investor
