San Diego recomendations needed

I read a lot on here but dont post much since I can find most of my answers and dont have much to contribute as I am new.

My question today though is if someone can give me a recomendation for a broker for insurance. I am looking to buy my second place soon and would like to rent my current unit as well. If anyone can help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if anyone has a good handyman that dosent mind sharing, let me know! I promise I wont keep him too busy, just would like someone I can call when I need.

Thanks for such a great, free resource. Already using the tenant screening and forms!
