Bucks County Investor Meet-up Recap/You're Not My Competition!

Hey guys, I just want to say thanks to everyone who came out to my event on July 23rd. It was a great time of meeting some local investors, swapping stories and ideas, and building our network.

I talked to my brother (who lives in Lancaster) a couple days before the event and he asked me an interesting question that made me think- “Why are you getting together with these other local investors, aren’t they your competition?” I came away thinking “Sure, we inevitably will be in competition at some point over a property here and there, but the overwhelming response that I have gotten from multiple local investors is that we are here to help each other and add value to one another. I feel that is the vision that Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner started with and that is the mindset they want to instill in all of us called “The abundance mindset”- 6 Tips to Develop and Model an Abundance Mindset by John C.
