Looking for advice starting out!
I recently passed my RE salesperson exam and am ready to take the next step. I’m excited to get started but I read somewhere that a lot agents fail within their first year due to picking the wrong broker. I am asking what should I be looking for in a brokerage? I’m located in vegas so if some locals had some advice or know someone who mentors newbies that would be awesome! If anyone knows of any good internships or mentor ships I am ready to go, but any advice is welcome :)
Thanks!
