Responsive Attorney Needeed to close creative finance deals in MN

Hi,

Are there are recommendations for MN attorneys that are familiar with closing creative finance deals on both the buy and sell side (i.e purchasing via subject to, seller finance, or contract for deed and selling to tenant buyer on a lease option/rent to own or contract for deed)?

I'm looking for an attorney that understands these type of deals and is actually responsive to calls/voicemails.  I've come accross many who either just aren't aware of these strategies, don't follow up to messages or calls made or are just not professional in deameanor.

If you all have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it--I'm located in St. Paul, MN.
