Our local Madison REIA just had our annual Flip Analysis Tour where our members learn how to "hands-on" analyze and bid out flip properties. 🏚🏡

We are able to get into properties together and analyze each deal as if we were ALL taking on the project ourselves and compare our rehab budgets/projections and visions for the property.

This tour is designed to build confidence so each member can be comfortable giving an offer to a seller without walking out the door. Such a valuable (and fun!) skill to have!
