Tampa,FL - what investment works in the area?

Hey Guys , I am planning to move to Tampa, FL area.

I would like to buy a property that I can rent out after I decide to move.

I wonder what type of property rents out the most.

I would like to buy a single home 4 bed,2 - bath. Do you know if this is a good buy comparing to a condo type of property?

Let me know your thoughts. I will take any advice and all !
