Baltimore Interior "Refresh" Contractor?
Hello,
I am new around here, so I hope this is in the right place. We have a 2-unit in Baltimore 21224, the top apartment of which needs a refresh, including painting, minor drywall repair, hardwood floor touch up, cleaning, and a few odds/ends like bulb replacement and maybe swapping out a dishwasher. It's a one bedroom/ one bath at about 550 sq feet. Any idea on how much this should cost? Also, where should I look (outside of Home Advisor) to find a contractor? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you
