Expanding to Pittsburgh and Cleveland

Hi Everyone,

I've been long distance BRRRR investing in NC for the last 18 months, and in that time, I've bought 9 properties. I'm looking to expand into new markets and would like to connect with Realtors, Contractors, Property Managers and Wholesalers in both the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets. I want to build a team in each market to diversity and continue to build my portfolio. I'm interested in SFHs as well small multi-family properties. If you want to connect or have a referral you would like to share, then please message me. Thanks in advance!

Jim
