Hi! I am 19 years old and currently waiting to take my real estate license exam, it was cancelled at first due to corona virus. I have been learning about real estate investing since I was 16 and now that I almost have my license I want to jump in and get my hands dirty. I have read a lot of books and watched a ton of videos and I know I need to take action now. I was wondering if anyone lives in the Palm Springs or Coachella Valley area and would be willing to sit down with me some time. Thanks!
