Hey all!!

My husband and I are moving to Nashville at the beginning of August. I will have my Tennessee real estate license and plan on signing with a broker once we get there. My dad is a GC and is moving with us to help flip properties in East Nashville. We currently have a duplex in East Nashville and in Sacramento, but we plan on expanding our portfolio in Nashville.

We are looking to network with wholesalers, brokers, subcontractors, and other investors! 😊 If you are in the Nashville area, I would love to chat! We have funds to put in cash offers and are interested in small multifamily properties that we can BRRR or flip.
