Hi all,

Just getting done with Craig Curelop’s book on House Hacking. Looking to network with local investors in my area. Last I saw for a SoCal meetup was pre-covid times. So this is probably going to be the best virtual meet up well get, maybe we can all add value to each other somehow!

I am looking to house hack in the fall and run my business out of it (tenant cash flow and business pays for some rent), money is ready - I am just trying to find/make the right deal. I do high quality window treatment (shutters/blinds/shades) all throughout San Diego county!

How many investments you have, if none like me, what is your plan? And anything about you that could add value to others in the area!

Hey @Christian Aguirre, like you I don’t have any RE investments but I am actively searching for a single unit or duplex in the San Diego area. I haven’t found much that would show cash flow though. I’ve seen some multi fam opportunities, but don’t have the capital at the moment for most of them.

I’m currently in Escondido, but I work down in SD as a mechanical engineer.
