Hey guys. Looking into doing my first house hack. Has anyone had any success house hacking in Arlington VA? (or somewhere nearby). What was your strategy?

Home values are high, in demand area, growing market. Appreciate any further insight about the nuances of this market in regard to house hacking/general real estate investing.
