How to reach out to Developers (Shoreline, WA)

Hi all,

I've been a dreamer/lurker on here for a few years now. I have a property in a developing area soon to be rezoned to MUR-45. What is the best way to find Developers that might be interested in buying and developing my property? Neighboring lots of similar size are being developed from SF to 6 town homes. Our MLS listing is only catching residential buyers, but we want to reach out specifically to developers. What is the best way to reach out to them?

Thanks,

Heather
