I am new to REI and wondering which FB groups are worth joining . I am looking to network, share ideas and learn from others investing in the Tidewater / Hampton Roads area in Virginia. I plan to acquire single family homes in low crime areas, in great school districts that would attract military families! Thanks in advance for advice!
