Investing in Fort Wayne, IN
Hi all,
I have been living in Fort Wayne, IN for a couple of years. I am interested in buying multifamily in Fort Wayne or surrounding area. I am thinking 3-15 units. I am looking for a great investor friendly real estate agent. I would like to connect with other investors as well.
Thanks for any advice.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to throw out a point of clarification...
The Fort Wayne REIA meets every 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:30p for two hours. Our last 2 meetings have been virtual meetings secondary to COVID-19, but whether or not we meet in person or online in June is yet to be determined. Easiest way to stay up to date on this is to watch the events tab here on BP and on the Facebook page.
There is another group in town that meets on Saturday, but is definitely a separate group.I won't insert my bias for which group has the deepest impact, but......just ask around. All the cool kids know. ; )
