Hey guys! BRRRR'ing in south Florida. Specifically living in Fort Lauderdale . I'm specifically looking for a duplex - Quadplex, would love to know what you guys think about this and what the market place for South Florida really is? Also any investor real estate agents you guys would recommend. Thank you.
